• Give your bottle a quick hand wash for day-to-day use - and wash before the first time
• Put it in the dishwasher up to 60°C if you need to
• Remove any watermarks by dipping in 70°C-ish hot water for 3-5 secs

• Leave drinks inside your bottle for ages
• Put in the microwave, oven or freezer
• Leave alone with small children - small parts can be choking hazards
• Remove the base unless you're recycling your bottle
